This Policy provides information with regards to, (a) the type of information collected from the User(s), including Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information (as defined herein) relating to an individual, (b) the purpose, means and modes of collection, usage, processing, retention and destruction of such information, and (c) the process how and to whom we will disclose such information.

Ayevee provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of the information that we collect and receive from users of our services at www.ayevee.com (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us for the purposes of using the Services. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms and Conditions”). As used in this policy, the terms ‘using’ and ‘processing’ information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates within India or internationally.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THE POLICY:

The usage of the Services we offer or by merely vising our Site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this Policy and agree to be bound by this Policy. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE:

We collect Device Id's to check for app updates and to personalise the content you see on Ayevee app.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your information is correct and current. If you have created an Account, you may access your Account and change your Account details from our Site. We adopt reasonable security measures to protect your password from being exposed or disclosed to anyone.

CONTROL OVER USER INFORMATION:

We want you to be in control of your personal information, in accordance with the terms of use:

Access, Correction, and Portability. You can access and edit your account information right on our Platform. Because your privacy is important to us, we will ask you to verify your identity. We may also reject your request to update your personal information for a number of reasons, including, for example, if the request risks the privacy of other users or is unlawful.

Revoking permissions. In most cases, if you let Us use your information, you can simply revoke your permission by intimating Us as per the due process for revocation laid down by Us.

Deletion. While We hope you’ll remain a lifelong Asiaville User, if for some reason you ever want to delete your account, just follow the steps provided here to learn how based on your social login. This includes data You or others provide to us and data generated from your use of our Services. We also keep information as otherwise required by law. We may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.

For FB Connect, for User disabling or login out from your FB Connect credentials to Us, all of Your profile Content and other information may be deleted. Upon deletion request, Asiaville will log out the user from all his user accounts on Asiaville and reset all user data. We will also disassociate your username, your password and, all related information, files and user content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), including your user content. However, certain details are maintained with us for archival and legal purposes. Asiaville will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any suspension or termination, including for deletion of your User content. Asiaville will hold and use the content/data as long as required and/or permissible under local laws. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive shall survive termination of this Agreement, including without limitation, warranty disclaimers, governing law, and limitations of liability.

USER GENERATED CONTENT:

Since our app allows user generated content , we advise our users to flag inappropriate content and they are immediately removed from the app. We encourage our users to flag inappropriate videos and our inhouse quality team removes inappropriate videos in a timely manner.

We remove those users who upload inappropriate content from the app.

You give us rights over your content when you decide to upload videos on AyeVee.

We define inappropriate content as

  • Content which is sexually implicit in nature
  • Content which has profanity
  • Content which promotes hatred towards an individual or a community
  • Content which endangers children's safety and is inappropriate.
  • Content which promotes violence and is violent in nature
  • Content that promotes betting
  • Content which promotes or features any illegal activities
  • Content which promotes bullying of another individual

CONTESTS:

We at AyeVee run contests at varying intervals to better engage with our users.

We declare that for our IOS users, Apple Inc is not linked in any manner direct or indirect in any of the contests we run.

Also, the company reserves exclusive rights to change the dates , rules of the contest at any time, even during the contest period.

COOKIES:

We send cookies (small files containing a string of characters) to your computer, thereby uniquely identifying your browser. Cookies are used to track your preferences, help you login faster, and aggregated to determine user trends. This data is used to improve our offerings, such as providing more content in areas of greater interest to a majority of users.

LOG INFORMATION:

When you access the Website, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a Website. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS:

We may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve our customized content. Clicking on links may take you to sites outside our domain. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Policy applies solely to information collected on the Site.

ALERTS:

We may alert you by email or phone (through sms/call/mail) to inform you about new service offerings or other information which we feel might be useful for you.

When you use certain features on the Site, like the comments section and you post or share your personal information such as comments, messages, files, photos, will be available to all users, and will be in the public domain. All such sharing of information is done at your own risk. Please keep in mind that if you disclose Personal Information in your profile or when posting on our forums this information may become publicly available.
